Fr. Jim Teeling is Parish Priest of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, East Greenwich, London SEIO OEA, England and is a priest of the Diocese of Southwark and Honorary Founding President of MOSPI and ACFSPI.
Fr. Roger Cruz is the Director of the two Incorporations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of MOSPI and ACFSPI. Fr. Roger serves as a priest in the the Diocese of Malolas.

FATHER JIM: FROM SOUTHWARK TO MANILA, WITH LOVE
I had the enormous pleasure and privilege to visit Father Jim Teeling's school and orphanage in Bulacan, north of Manila on Sunday 18th February 2009. It was my first visit to this heavily populated area on the fringes of the Philippine capital, and I had little idea what to expect.
After my wife Jill and I arrived the next hours were a whirlwind of happy, bouncing children giving us a warm welcome, and showing their great admiration and affection for Father Jim. The respect with which he is held by staff and children alike was obvious to everyone.
Jill and I were moved and proud that a priest from South London could so have touched the lives of hundreds of poor families in the Philippines. The country suffers from poverty amidst a burgeoning population, and needs all the help it can receive. Father Jim's inspiration and generosity in Bulacan is a tangible example of how one man's vision and generosity can literally bring education food, comfort and joy to Filipinos.
I extend my deepest admiration and praise for all his work and that of Fr. Roger, the staff and volunteers of MOSPI and ACFSPI. May the financial support of the Jill Sinclair and Fr. Jim Teeling (Philippine Children) Trust Fund continue for many years - the Philippines needs it.

Last October I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit MOSPI and ACFSPI in Sapang-Palay, Bulacan for the 10th anniversary of the school. It was a wonderful occasion and joy to see the hope in the hearts of the young and the dedication of the staff and volunteers. Many congratulations to all who are involved in this wonderful project.

Albert, a child of MOSPI
ALBERT N. ENCINAS
I am Albert N. Encinas 14 years old presently residing at the Mater Orphanorum. I am now at my Grade 6 level. I am very happy now because I belong to the environment that I really like.
I still remember when I was young my parents are kind to me (my surrogate parents). They gave me things that I need; love, toys and even a family. It was totally changed when my parents separated, my world become so difficult. It was so disastrous. My father took my brother and I was left with my mother. Due to depression my mother started to run with different vices; drinking alcohol, gambling and illegal drugs. He also had a relationship with different men that result to another child. I love my mother because she took good care of us, but when she uses drugs she started to beat me. I don’t know why I don’t ask her because she might beat me again.
Last 2003, my mother use drugs again, she started beating me. She hit me; I don’t know how many times, my body becomes numb. I was lucky then when a concern citizen rescued me from the said situation and brought me to proper authorities.
Now I belong to a wonderful place, a place where I meet classmates, roommates and friends. We built camaraderie and we are acting as one family. I would like to thank the Lord for brought me here that gave me a house for child like me and giving me new family. I can’t ask for anything but a good health.

CHRISTIAN MICHAEL PATRICK TEELING
I am Christian Michael Patrick Teeling, I am 14 years old born on June 11, 1996 presently residing at Mater Orphanorum. I am in Grade VI level and I am one of the children in orphanage. Now studying at Ateneo Casa Famiglia, an affiliate school of the institution. I love playing chess and computer games. My name and my birthday were given to me by Fr. Jim Teeling, the person who adopted me due to undetermined records.
It was in the year 2002 when the shelter found me in Catmon, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. There were no traces of my family then I even could not relate to them very well. I have a difficulty in speaking especially on times when I have to explain every time I committed an offense. I was totally physically and psychologically poor when taken by the orphanage. That time, I really need proper supervision and provision of basic social welfare needs.
In the shelter, I even started to manifest negative behavior by becoming troublesome to my roommates. I even could not properly comprehend with my academic lessons. I could easily get angry when teased by my friends. I really had a temperamental behavior. But because of the extra care and attention given by the institution I started to change. They give me everything that I need; love care and attention. They treat me special. I started to become better person now.
